I had the Bandeja Paisa, and it was one of the best I’ve had outside of Colombia—perfectly grilled meats, crispy chicharron, creamy beans, sweet plantains, and a beautifully cooked egg on top. My partner ordered the fried whole fish, which was golden, crisp, and served with lime, coconut rice, and patacones—so fresh and flavorful. To top it off, their coffee was served in a charming enamel mug that made the experience feel even more cozy and personal. You can tell this place is made with love and tradition.
